Using the website
You can browse the games, streamer directory and leaderboard without providing your name or contact details.
When registration or voting is open, submitting a form sends the information described below to the contest service. A submission is only accepted when the website confirms it. An unavailable or closed form does not create a valid contest entry.
If you email SmirkHouse, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are sent through your email provider to our contact mailbox. Avoid sending identity documents, passwords or wallet recovery phrases.
Draw information
Voters: first and last name, an email address or phone number with country code, the selected streamer, contest month, submission time and reference, and age/terms declarations, including the version accepted.
Streamers: display name, platform, channel link, email address, an optional profile photo, and terms acceptance. No qualifying stream link is required at registration. Channel-registration review creates status and timestamp records. If selected for a streamer prize, we request evidence of a qualifying stream during the relevant contest month and record its verification.
If available, we use your channel link to request its public profile photo from Twitch or Kick. YouTube profile photos are uploaded manually. You can replace or remove your photo, or register without one. An uploaded photo is resized for your public streamer profile; it is not an identity document.
These details are used to administer entries, check duplicate submissions and monthly eligibility, count votes, contact selected winners and handle contest questions.
Approved streamer names, platform/channel links, profile images and vote totals can appear publicly. Voter names, contact details, streamer contact emails and private review records are not part of the public directory or leaderboard.
A streamer registers once. Their approved profile and voting link remain available across contest months, while public vote totals restart for each month. Profile details are retained to maintain that listing and contact the streamer; they are not automatically deleted when a month ends. Contact us to request a correction or removal. Retention of historical contest and claim records is separate from the public listing.
Voting is not permission to send you promotional emails or SMS. Any future marketing subscription must be explained and offered separately.
Winner identity and address documents
Every selected winner, including streamers and voters, will be required to provide one passport, driver’s license or national ID card and one utility bill or bank statement before receiving a prize.
These documents will be used to verify the selected winner’s identity, age, residential address and eligibility, and to prevent fraudulent prize claims. They are not requested when you vote or register, and are not for public display or marketing.
Selected winners have 90 days from notification to respond and complete verification. This claim window does not define how long personal information or verification documents will be retained; those retention periods still need to be finalized.
Document collection is not active. The secure submission method, authorized reviewers, storage arrangements and retention/deletion periods must be established before documents are requested. Do not email these documents or submit them through the voting form.
Storage and sharing
The live contest service is designed to store registration and voting records in a private Google Sheet. Contact details are used for administration and winner contact. Entry records are not shared with streamers for their marketing.
Uploaded profile photos are stored separately on the website’s server, with their public image links recorded alongside the registration. A submitted photo has a public image link while the registration awaits review; the profile appears in the voting directory only after approval.
Contest administration may also create records of winner selection, notification, verification status, claims and prize payment. Any public winner announcement must use an agreed display name rather than publishing private contact details.
Prizes are paid in USDT or USDC on Ethereum. A selected winner’s receiving wallet address and payment transaction may be needed to process the prize. Ethereum transactions are recorded on a public blockchain; do not provide a wallet recovery phrase or private key.
Before real entries are collected, SmirkHouse must confirm who can access these records, how long each record type is retained, when it is deleted, and the hosting, storage and service-provider arrangements. These details are not yet finalized.

Your questions
For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact support@smirkhouse.com. Do not include sensitive identity or payment documents in an initial email.
The final policy must identify the responsible organization, applicable privacy rights and request process, lawful processing grounds where required, international transfers and retention periods. This draft does not claim that those arrangements are already complete.
